In order to be approved for any Chase card subject to 5/24, you cannot have opened five or more personal credit cards across all banks in the last 24 months. This means Chase will automatically deny you, regardless of income or credit score. This is only a Chase rule but cards from other issuers do count toward 5/24. This is why I recommend getting the Chase Trifecta before moving onto other issuers.
